Credit Card

This is the story begin.....

Subject: Credit Card
My credit card(visa) was expired 05/09.I was called to customer service center on 2nd June and only found out that operator mentioned credit card have been return by POS LAJU after sent to my house and nobody pick up. So i told operator send card to Wisma Mah Sing. After 4days, i called customer service on 5th June to check my credit card. As the operator told me the card have been delivery to Wisma Mah Sing. However i didn't receive only call from Wisma Mah Seng branch to collect my credict card. I told operator i need card urgently as one of my online translation have been pending. So i told operator arrange credit card send to Jln P.Ramlee Branch by 5th before 4pm. The operator told me will try her best to arrange this and she called me 4.10pm.She asked me did i collect the card. I told her i was waiting her confirmation before i go to collect from Jln P.Ramlee Branch. I went to Jln P.Ramlee Branch this afternoon @ 1.10pm and the officer told me the card not there. I called operator again to check my card status. Operator told me the card have been posted by POS Laju. I told operator updated situation. after 1/2hr the operator just called me and informed me that card have been redirect to branch. I asked the operator can i get the card by tomorrow. The operator told me the branch will call me once the card is ready for me to pick up. But this is not true as same incident happen last week as i didn't receive any call from branch. I think this is the worst customer service of CREDIT CARD from MAYBANK and do not take care of customer. This email will be redirect to The Star Column as well!
