Tulips

I found this pic from my cd. Should have more pictures but can't remember where did i stall CD. I like four season country, with Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. The weathers make flower blooming like bushes during Spring and Summer time. Is diffrent color of Tulips representative different meaning? Just like rose or carnations. So do you like tulips?

Blood Donation

I went to Jusco Cheras Selatan last week and having blood donation campaign. I wanted to join as i never do blood donation before. After so many year in my life i only know my blood type last year after medicial check up. I guest Blood Donation is good for your body as it's like process of detoxification. In term of yoga it's call Karma Yoga.Iti's like you contribute to society. Wish i will do it sometime someday. So what is your blood type?!

IMPACT Expo, Thailand July 2008

Is was my 1st time forgotten my luggage in bus. I don't realise until i need to take shower and looking for my clothes. I was starving after set up in Expo Hall. While waiting an hour DS staff done their briefing. Another an hour ride from Expo back to Hotel. Once i reached hotel, i saw 7-11 and just walked toward 7-11 without care about my luggage. After i grab a bottle of mineral water, i walked toward the end of street for dinner. Finally, i able to pack a dinner set for myself and back to hotel.I had my dinner in Hotel.After finish my dinner, only realise i left my luggage bag in bus!Help!!!how can i take shower??

Koh Phangan August 2008

6D5N Koh Phangan Getaway plus Opening The Crown Charka 5days Meditation Course, Sourthen Thailand. Here is my iternality:

Day1
10.00pm - KL Puduraya, Bus to Hatyai RM35
Day2
8.00am - Reached Hatyai, took mini Van to Surattani town.4hr+ ride. 500baht
3.30pm - Reached Surattani town .Bought ticket to Koh Phangan which include bus to port and ferry to Koh Phangan.
5.00pm - To Suratthani Port. Bus 100baht

6.00pm - 2hr+ Raja Ferry ride to Koh Phangan. Ferry 250baht
9.00pm - reached Koh Phangan, Thongsala
10.00pm - checked in Golden Rock. 50baht one nite for spare room as room full even i booked

Day 2

7.00am - wake up

8.00am - Meditation start at Green Hall, Bovy Resort
1.00pm - Lucnh and break, Free and Easy after 5hr meditation.
4.00pm - Meditation session 2.
9.00pm - Day 1 meditation done

Meditation Hall

This is Meditation Hall where 5 days meditation held. 5hr in morning and 5hr in evening. Total 10hr per day. This place is nice, on top of Hill facing beach. You can heard bird and cicada singing especially early of morning and late evening. During afternoon you can heard boat horn. 5hr in morning, in between 1/2 hr music meditation which i like it.I benefit along from this course!Never thought that i can make it -10hr meditation per day!!

Koh Phangan Part 2 - October

After 1 month back from trip, i decided to take part 2 Meditation Course in same place. I checked with school if allow me to join last 5 days course since i have joined 5 days meditation last month. After received confirmation, i back to Koh Phangan in October 2008. This time seem like more people joined the course. Total 8 of us. It was different experience i gained. In middle with bold hair is teacher from Israel. I really amazed him. Picture in yellow color frame is one of image during our meditation course, can't remember his name!Finally i have completed my part 2 5 days meditation course. Graduated!

My worklife in May

Today is 13th May. This month every week got one event. This Friday will held event in Berjaya Time Square, i take charge of registration.Doing registration work not easy.I definately not good in customer service.1st i can't put big smile on my face,2nd i can't be patient,3rd..... Work life never end and is killing me.I try to post some of picture of events but can't get(coz i not inside pic).All Public Holiday in May was over. Now waiting for next month Agung Birthday fall on 6th June. Unfortunately company will organise Team Building on that weekend....

Stop here as need to do some research.
