This morning before heading to office, i dropped by Wisma Mah Sing@ Jln Sg Besi. I just wonder do MBB redirect my card to Jln P.Ramlee branch as per request. I just try my luck . i reached there 9.10am and 5 min to go before branch open at 9.15min. Once the door open at 9.15am, the officer with BIG SMILE and greet me. After few minute, the officer finally found my card. I told them my card issue name is katie instead of my sir name. After that i only found out the 'Real Situation'.
1) The contact number written was wrong.
2) The officer incharge was not in office last Friday.
3) My credit card name was different with name mentioned by operator.
I so happy finally i got my card after all hassle. What happen if i didn't drop by Wisma Mah Sing?Is that the card will be there until i bom call center?Why such customer service as they didn't updated branch my contact number?
