Kuala Lumpur Private Yoga Class

The Yoga Private Classes can be 1 to 1 (as in 1 teacher to 1 student), 1 to 2 (1 teacher to 2 students) or 1 to 3. Our instructor will give full attention to you during the class and can help you to improve your postures in the most effective way. Every individual has different body composition, framework and alignment. That is why we do a through postural analysis before we start the personal Yoga program. Yoga is the weighting scale that maintains balance between mind and body – not only to create a strong, health physique but also a clear mind and steady emotions. We offer the following courses on a trial bases for the novice or for the advanced yoga practitioner

bye bye backpack

Finally I said good bye to my backpack. I done my overland trip for 16months. Since i young, I told myself I would to become backpacker and travel around the world. I DID it and experinced it. 1st week of May

4th May, Wednesday

Today is the 1st week of May. I have been back home for 2months. I started teaching Yoga now and doing part time at Smart Reader, Bandar Kinrara 9. I try to recruit more student. I cancel the class at Bandar Kinrara whereby should started at May.
