Yoga Tree

4th April, Monday



After one week, finally I have establish my YogA Tree. I created Yoga Flyers for distribution around bandar Kinrara area.I will rent premis of Smart Reader Kids. RM200/moonth rental. I finalised the last version of flyers and printed 1000pcs. We did house to house mail dropped with Remy, my surfer from France who visited me 2nd time. Within one hour we distributed 200pcs at Cahaya, Kinrara 9/5c. We moved on to Bandar Kinrara 5 and distributed 400pcs. After almost 3hours, we done for the day and take a break at Old Town,11am.We also distributed some flyers at Giant carpark.

At the same time, my website have been published thru weebly.com.

5th April, tuesday
Yeah, i received a calls of enquiry. Thank you Remy help to distributed flyers. I printed A4 flyers and placed at shoplots. A lady called from Hartamas and mentioned she got the flyers at car park. It was raining heavily. We gave away some flyers at Puncak Jalil Apartment too.







7th April, Thursday
We were waiting an hour at Spektrum Kinrara area. We waiting for the owner to get the permission of flyers distribution. After one hour, we havent seen the owner come back. The guide asked me to leave 100pcs of flyers as the have meeting on Saturday evening.



11th Apr, Monday
Yin helped me found a studio at Taman Perindustrian Serdang.It well furniture with wooden ground and mirror. They charge reasonable price. I started to amend my flyers and distributed.

13rd Apr, Wednesday
I confirmed my 1st class at Tmn Aman Ukay, Ampang.The 1st class will be conducted on 17th Apr, Sunday


14th Apr, Friday
I distributed 200pcs of flyers and received a call the next week. At the same time I have confirmed 1st FREE trial class will be held on 23rd Apr, Sat at Smart Reader Kinrara.


Today is my 1st time conducted Kids Yoga. 12 of them from 3-6 years olds. I introduced few fun poses like cat,dog, tree,butterfly, Cobra. We repeated pose with patner. Mary the principal also took part. Everybody have great time.
I met Barbara at Naga's Cafe. We had a long chat.She share me with tips how to teach. She suggest me to conduct the person in charge at Divine Life Society,Batu Caves. She was teaching there for 1 1/2 years. I bought Surya Namaskar CD from her. I started practicing twice a day.

17th Apr, Sunday
I got my 1st paid of 1st class. It was a good experince. I will keep learning and sharing interest with others who need.

23rd Apr, Sat
My 1st FREE trail class was completed. 3 of them residents from Kinrara and one of them is from CS. I got two sign up also.
